A simple will can take care of most people's needs at the end of their life. We help our clients use a will and the various non-probate transfer laws to help them have a very small estate, or have no estate to probate at all. A will does go through probate, but with proper planning and diligence a will can work for you.

All of our packages include wills, powers of attorney (healthcare and financial), and we offer all of our clients a free, no obligation initial consultation.

We offer transparent pricing, and publish our rates, for most of our clients, wills cost $500 for a single person, and $750 for a married, or cohabitating couple.  Already have a good will, just need an updated power of attorney so that you know exactly what your costs will be. For most of our clients, a simple will and estate planning documents are sufficient, and we do not charge extra for what other firms would consider "complicated" matters, like disinheriting a child, or creating a trust for a minor in the will itself. However, should you have a complicated matter, you can rest assured that we can help with that. 

 

For the vast majority of people and couples a will is all you will need, with proper planning.
