Estate Planning

Simplified

This is a great place to add a tagline.

Everyone needs a power of attorney and an advance directive. Most people still need at least a will as an insurance policy, but everyone needs to at least take advantage of the laws to keep their assets from going through the probate process.

Do you need a will? The answer is no, if you properly prepare for what will happen after you pass, a will only controls assets that will enter probate, and with proper planning, anyone can avoid probate. Do you have to use a trust to avoid probate? The answer again, is no, but we would love to discuss your options with you.
